After some years away from availability in the MINI lineup, the brand has recently announced that the MINI Oxford Edition will be making a return to the US market. The MINI Oxford Edition holds firm at the base-level MINI MSRP but adds in some higher-trim options at no additional cost, seamlessly blending affordability with fun, luxury style. Production of the MINI Oxford Edition began in March with a limited number of models being made. Pre-orders are still ongoing with rollout expected later in the spring of 2025.
What is the MINI Oxford Edition?
The MINI Oxford Edition enhances the standard features found on MINI Cooper models by including premium options without the added costs. The model was originally developed, released, and available only to college students and those who recently graduated as an affordable entry point into the MINI family of vehicles. Today, this feature-filled machine is available on a first-come, first-served basis for shoppers who can nab one of the limited production vehicles.

Some highlights of the MINI Oxford Edition — showing off the premium features at no additional cost — include a panoramic moonroof, 18” wheels (an increase in size from 17” wheels on the MINI Cooper), and Vescin/Cloth upholstery for the cabin interior. The Oxford Edition is also available as a 2-door coupe or 4-door sedan, so you can choose the model that matches your style.
You’ll also have your choice of exciting colors: Nanuq White Metallic, Blazing Blue Metallic, and Sunny Side Yellow. Each finish is enhanced with glossy black mirrors and accents. You also have the option to add the Oxford Edition-exclusive Accessory Package, which adds black hood stripes, Union Jack mirror detailing, a Black Jack license plate frame, and more.
